Banyan Bar + Refuge in the South End has rolled out a new menu, and Executive Chef Phillip Tang has pulled out all the stops. With 5 simple categories—Vegetables, Biscuits + Baos + Buns, Noodles + Rice + Dumplings, Seafood, and Meat—the menu makes it easy to navigate your way through flavors from all across Asia. With show-stoppers like charred shishito peppers with buttermilk ranch, a rock shrimp bao with green pepper slaw, and scallop rangoon dip, the only challenge will be making a decision.
