Patios are great, but, for true outdoor dining enthusiasts, a picnic is the way to go. And, whether you’re lounging along the Charles or sprawling on the Common, Post 390 has you covered with gourmet picnic baskets available all summer long. Baskets are $50 for two people, and include a three-course meal from Executive Chef Nick Deutmeyer (with seasonal options like an arugula and strawberry salad and twin New England lobster rolls), a map of Boston picnic hotspots, and an optional blanket for an additional $15. They take about an hour to prep, so be sure to call ahead at 617.399.0015 or send an email here.
