Kendall Square’s Café ArtScience is taking a little hiatus for a spring sprucing. Duck in before Wednesday, June 14th – lunch is available Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 2:30pm, and dinner Monday through Saturday from 5:00 to 10:00pm – to get your fix or you’ll have to sit tight until the end of the month to peep the new look.

Bar Director Todd Maul will be moving on (opening Chef Patrick Campbell left at the beginning of the year) but you can still expect cutting edge cuisine and cocktails with an added dash of approachability. There’ll also be a whole new line up of exhibitions and unique food experiences featuring international chefs, artists, designers, architects and scientists.

Founder David Edwards says, “With our reopening, Le Lab will move inside the new café to bring more art, more science, and the pioneering aesthetic we have been looking to bring into the Café since we first opened. It will also be just a great place to enjoy one of the best coffees in town and feel the rare innovative cultural spirit that pulses in East Cambridge.”
