Davio’s – Grilled Brandt beef skirt steak with mushroom cheddar polenta and Dijon cream

Harvest – Steak tartare with caramelized onion, black garlic, and salt & vinegar chips

Marliave – Steak frites with grilled flat iron steak, house-cut fries, au jus and gorgonzola butter

Strega – Sirloin steak with truffle cream sauce
