Orders for proteins are due Monday, December 19th at 3:00pm and the house-smoked options include boneless spiral ham, brisket and sliced sirloin. Order for accompaniments are due by Wednesday, December 21st at 3:00pm and you can choose from mac & cheese, cornbread stuffing, chocolate pecan pie and an array of sauces like cinnamon-maple and spicy molasses.
