Formaggio Kitchen Fall Classes

Formaggio Kitchen

The talented folks at Formaggio know their way around the kitchen (and the cheese caves, breweries, distilleries, wineries and beehives, as it turns out). Let them share their expertise this fall at any of their upcoming classes. They’ll be covering the basics in 101-style classes in cheese, spices, fermentation and jam making, as well as more specialized studies on subjects like honey and cheese pairings, tapas culture and Mediterranean cheeses. They even enlist of a few of their friends, including the team at Night Shift Brewing who will host a seminar on beer and cheese, and Dan Pontius of Alden & Harlow who’ll be chatting about whisky and cheese. Classes vary in price and generally take place at the Cambridge shop or the classroom annex, which is also in Cambridge. Consult the catalog of fall classes here and reserve your spot to get back into that back-to-school spirit.
