Bazirgan at Bambara

Chef David Bazirgan returns to his home state of MA, taking on the role of executive chef at Bambara at the Hotel Marlowe. Since 2003, he has shared his culinary talents with the West Coast at spots like Chez Papa Resto at Mint Plaza, Fifth Floor at Kimpton’s Hotel Palomar and, most recently, Dirty Habit at The Hotel Zelos. Bazirgan began his career in Boston with a degree from Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and stints at Salamander and Olives, as well as time in the kitchen at No. 9 Park as chef de cuisine. Bazirgan will take the helm at Bambara starting August 1st and plans to refresh the New American menu with a focus on seasonality: “I am so pumped to get back to cooking in concert with New England’s seasons, being around the peers that I started my career with and having my family in New England.” Stop by this summer to welcome Bazirgan home.
