Rialto Says Farewell

After more than two decades of delighting Harvard Square diners, Rialto, the award-winning restaurant housed within the Charles Hotel, will close its doors this June. Chef Jody Adams opened Rialto way back in 1994 with partners Michela Larson and Karen Haskell. With the bittersweet goodbye, Adams is looking forward to more quality time with family, non-profit work and exciting new restaurant projects, including her Rose Kennedy Greenway-facing restaurant, Trade, Saloniki, her freshly-opened quick-service Greek-themed spot in the Fenway, and a new Mediterranean seafood restaurant in the Back Bay, which she’ll be opening in June with partners Eric Papachristos and Sean Griffing. The last dinner at Rialto will be served on Wednesday, June 22nd—call 617.661.5050 to book a table before then and give Adams and team a fond farewell.
