Saltbox Kitchen has sudsy plans for their Concord spot. The chef-farmers behind the café, cooking school and catering company are looking to expand, adding beer-making to their list of sustainable accomplishments. The brew operation will follow their environmentally conscious blueprint with the spent grain becoming livestock feed on Saltbox Farm. The beers will run the gamut from (appropriately enough) farmhouse ale to IPA and beyond, and will be available for onsite imbibery and take-home growlers.
