Ribelle marks two years of serving Washington Square diners with a special six-course menu showcasing the kitchen’s talents. The prix fixe from the minds of chefs Tim Maslow and Brandon Baltzley will continue to evolve based on what’s fresh and the chefs’ whims—recent dishes include dry-aged beef with matsutake mushrooms and pine, and chocolate with smoked milk and cashew.
