Head to Post 390 for the next round of their regularly-rotating Farm to Post menu, which highlights produce from a particular farm, hand-picked by chef Eric Brennan. The farm-of-the-moment is Sparrow Arc, a family-owned, uncertified organic farm in Copake, New York. The three-course prix fixe, available every night during regular dinner hours, includes two choices for each course and costs $52 per person ($70 per person with the optional wine pairing). Take a gander at the menu below to see the height of the season – cucumber, corn, zucchini, tomatoes and all the usual suspects – transformed into all sorts of deliciousness.
