Tasty Tour de France

Brasserie Jo - Facebook

You can do your own Tour de France (no bike necessary) with chef Nick Calias’ race-inspired menu at Brasserie Jo. Calias will highlight the flavors of the French regions as the riders move through them, which means you can enjoy daily changing specials without any of the leg work. The cyclists (and your taste buds) will pass through Brittany, Midi-Pyrenees and the Rhone Alps before ending in Paris. The month-long menu comes to a close Thursday, July 23rd through Sunday, July 26th with dishes like chicken liver mousse pate and assorted macarons.
