Chef Michael Schlow heads down memory lane with The Originals menu—popular dishes from the restaurant’s 13-year run, like Via Matta’s Famous Meatballs and tagliatelle alla Bolognese. Guests can also request the Chef’s Choice menu at $75 per person for a one-of-a-kind multi-course medley of the restaurant’s standout dishes.
