Union’s Upping Its Game

For the remainder of the month, chef Steven Morlino gets to the meat of the matter at Union Bar and Grille with a game-laden prix fixe. Morlino incorporates all sorts of seasonal goodies like kale, Brussels sprouts and apple alongside game like wild boar, duck and pheasant in the three-course menu, which is available seven nights a week for $33.95 per person.
