51 Lincoln Raises the Bar

Shaking up their cocktail program, 51 Lincoln names Ginny Edwards as new Bar Chef. After stints at Island Creek Oyster Bar, Russell House Tavern, Forum and The Fireplace, she’s now at the Newton restaurant full time. Collaborating with the kitchen, Edwards has added cocktails like Peat’s Monster’s Reveal (scotch, lemon, honey, house-made applewood-smoked corn and fresh watermelon) and the Tim, Ryan & I (tequila, lemon, preserved citrus syrup and red and green Tabasco) which is named after her mentors at The Gallows and Tavern Road.
