Chef Marc Orfaly’s award-winning French Bistro, Pigalle, will be closing its doors in a few short weeks and reopening later this spring as a new concept. Orfaly, who’s been playing around a little bit with his bar menu, will be teaming up with Matt Camilleri, formerly of The Biltmore and Local 149, to create a menu inspired by his new culinary love – American inspired tavern fare. Diners can also expect a bountiful raw bar, lots of daily specials and fun snacks at the bar. We’ll share any additional details that come our way, so check back soon.
