Rialto Throws a Wild Dinner

Break out of your culinary rut and go wild at Rialto on Thursday, February 23rd. During the three-course wild game dinner, chef Jody Adams will detail her experience working with game during her travels through Piedmont, while wine director Allison Foote speaks to her wine pairings (also from Piedmont). Dinner begins at 6:00pm with a reception of passed hors d’oeuvres like duck prosciutto, fried rabbit ravioli and venison tartar before moving on to a dinner of smoked spiced partridge with brodo dumplings and roast squab with hazelnuts and cocoa nibs.
