A New Face at The Regal Beagle

Regal Beagle’s got a new chef in their Coolidge Corner kitchen. Chef Michael Navarette, a NECI graduate who’s honed his skills around town at spots like Sorellina, Rustic Kitchen, South End Buttery, Cafeteria and Hamersley’s, has taken the helm. Navarette will be maintaining the Regal Beagle culinary tradition of locally-sourced (when and wherever possible) comfort foods though don’t be surprised to see the occasional nod to his Mexican heritage make it onto the menu. Look for his first full menu to debut around the beginning of October.
