4th of July Restaurant Vacations

While you’re busy BBQing, picnicking and watching fireworks, some area restaurants take the opportunity to enjoy a few days off. We’ve collected a few of the details and will be updating regularly so check back before you head out.

Abby Park’s team will be taking Tuesday, July 3rd and Wednesday, July 4th off.

Ashmont Grill staffers get a few beach days – the restaurant will be closed from Monday, July 2nd and reopening for dinner on Thursday, July 5th.

Chiara will be closed from Monday, July 2nd through Wednesday, July 4th.

The staff at East Coast Grill is off for the 4th so plan your trip to Inman Square for another evening.

The Franklin Café South End will be closed from Monday, July 2nd -Thursday, July 5th for a few renovations and some much-needed vacation.

Ristorante Olivio will be closed for vacation from July 2nd through July 9th so you’ll have to wait until July10th to get your fix.

Rialto will be shutting down from July 1st through the 4th for some minor restaurant repairs and a little R&R.

The team at Catalyst will be taking a couple days off on the 4th and the 5th so postpone your visit until the 6th when they’re back up and running.

Tomasso Trattoria will be closed on the 4th – as will their neighboring market Panzano Provviste e vino so be sure your pantry is well-stocked before the holiday.

Chef Matt Jennings will be closing up shop at Farmstead and La Laiterie from July 1st through the 5th. Plan on popping in anytime after 11:00am on the 6th.

Tavolo is taking the night off for the 4th of July but they’ll be open again on the 5th.
