Unofficial Restaurant Week Menu at Blue Stove

You won’t find Blue Stove among the list of official participants in Restaurant Week but you will find a tasty prix fixe menu should you find yourself at the Burlington restaurant nestled inside Nordstrom. From March 19th through March 31st, chef Hugh Brown will be serving a two-course lunch menu for $15.12 as well as a three-course dinner menu for $30.12 (that’s three whole dollars less than the regular Restaurant Week menus). Book a table to enjoy dishes like crisp and spicy dark cherry beef, or chevre and ricotta gnocchi with mushroom puree and shaved truffle pecorino. They’ll even pair the wines for you (for and extra fee) but at this rate you’ll definitely have a little extra money in the bank in case you find something you’ve just got to have at Nordstrom.
