This season, the Blue Ginger chef is once again welcoming some of his talented Boston pals into the studio kitchen. Watch for appearances by Jody Adams of Rialto and Trade, Jason Santos of Blue Inc., Joanne Chang of Myers + Chang, Michael Schlow of Radius, Via Matta, Alta Strada and Tico, Jamie Bissonnette of Coppa and Toro, Dante de Magistris of dante, and Tsai’s own kitchen-mates Jonathon Taylor and Michele Fadden. Episodes air on Mondays at 7:00am, 1:00pm, 7:00pm and 1:00am so you have plenty of chances to see your favorite chef.
