Never one to be satisfied with the status quo, Ken Oringer is instituting Uni Underground in the spirit of innovation. This monthly event will feature the famed chef as he creates a one night only chef’s whim menu at Uni‘s well stocked sashimi bar. The menu will only be available to those sitting at the bar. How, you ask, does one get one of those coveted spots? You’ve got to keep an eye on twitter – a few days prior to the event, @KenOringer, @ClioBoston and/or @UniSashimi will announce the date, after which you can call Uni at 617.536.7200 to rsvp (better dial speedily – there are precious few seats). The first underground event will be announced in late February so follow those feeds carefully.
