A Glimpse of Gilson’s Summer Menu

Here’s a first look at Will Gilson‘s inaugural menu at his summer-long pop-up, Eat at Adrian’s in Truro. Gilson’s got some dishes from his Garden at the Cellar days – bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with hazelnuts and Vermont goat cheese, for example – alongside some more Cape-y treats like stuffed quahogs.
