Chef Will Gilson’s All Growed Up

Cambridge’s beloved boy chef, Will Gilson, is moving on from Garden at the Cellar. After a ridiculously successful five year run, Gilson is leaving the Mass. Ave. restaurant in the hands of his sous chef Brandon Arms to focus his energy on EAT, the combination pop-up restaurant, food truck, and festival-planning company he runs with business partner Aaron Cohen. EAT’s next big gig (not including their pop-up at the British Consulate or the Bacon & Beer Festival), will be a summer-long stint at Adrian’s in Truro. Should you find yourself on the Cape between May 26th and October 1st, pop in for breakfast or dinner. If you’re mostly city-bound for the summer, Gilson will be keeping a watchful eye over the goings on at Garden at the Cellar while Arms finds his feet. Congratulations and good luck, chef!
