Stanhope Grille Goes All Local, All the Time

Starting on Monday, August 16th, chef Raymond Southern – a long-time believer in eating local – is making serious changes at Stanhope Grille. Embracing sustainability, Southern will be working with local farmers and purveyors to create and execute a menu that changes daily and features local products from the likes of South End Formaggio; Red Fire Farm in Granby, Massachusetts and Knoll Farms in New Haven Vermont.
