With chef Mark Cina making the move – slowly but surely – from Ivy to newly opened neighbor and sister restaurant, Stoddard’s, Ivy welcomes back chef Joshua Breen, who was a member of the restaurant’s opening team. Fresh from a stint in the British Virgin Islands, Breen is all sorts of refreshed and ready to breathe new life into Ivy’s small plates menu.
