Chef-owner Julio de Haro invites guests to drop by Estragon Monday through Thursday from 5:30-7:00pm for some Spanish-style snacks. He and his compadres will be serving up classic tapas (house-marinated olives; crispy fried artichoke hearts with aioli and lots of things on toast) for just $1 each.
