Tryst Goes Gluten Free

Good news for celiacs – yet another of Boston’s top restaurants is jumping on the gluten free bandwagon. Chef Paul Turano is cooking up a selection of starters, entrees and desserts that are completely free of the offending starchy proteins. Not only are they safe, they’re also delicious – try out dishes like grilled lamb porterhouse chops with edamame hummus & tzatziki; cider braised pork shoulder with sweet potato puree & red cabbage; and orange polenta cake with pistachios and prosecco spuma.
