Top Chef fans might recognize Rocca‘s new executive chef. Tiffani Faison, who was runner up in the show’s first season and winner of the 4 Star All Stars holiday-themed reunion/cook-off, takes the helm of the Harrison Ave. eatery as of today – March 24th. Faison, who’s been working her way through some of the area’s top kitchens (O Ya, Craigie on Main and Nantucket’s Straight Wharf Restaurant), will be giving Rocca’s Ligurian menu an update in upcoming weeks, picking up where opening chef Tom Fosnot (who’s headed for the Gibbet Hill Grill in Groton) left off.
