Chef Joshua Buehler will be offering a $35 three-course market menu that’ll sate any pre- Restaurant Week hunger pangs. With chef-owner Ken Oringer‘s blessing, Buehler keeps it simple and satisfying with starters like clam chowder and market salad, followed by entrees like skirt steak and salmon.
