Estragon Plates a Peck of Padrón Peppers

Craving a little something different to spice up your dinner? Stop by Estragon where Galicia’s infamous Padrón peppers are back in season and back on the menu. Chef and owner Julio de Haro, who has recently stepped behind the line to take the helm, will be cooking up a bunch of these peppy little berries (usually blistered and finished with a little Spanish extra virgin olive oil and sea salt) to entice your palate. Just be careful – you never know exactly how spicy these peppers are going to be. Call Estragon at 617.266.0443 if you feel like tempting the culinary gods with a little epicurean Russian roulette.
