Estragon, a newcomer to BostonChefs.com and its swanky South End digs, draws on the traditions of Spanish cuisine with an extensive and authentic tapas menu. At the helm, chef Alex Castagneto, whose youthful appearance belies his resume (which includes stints at Great Bay, Lineage, The Butcher Shop and B&G Oysters).
