Mid-Winter Make-Overs at Four Seasons Boston

Aujourd’hui goes in for a New Year’s make-over to start off 2009. The restaurant will close after service on Friday, January 2nd and reopen with newly refurbished interiors and a brand new menu (courtesy of chef William Kovel and Brooke Vosika) on Tuesday, February 10th. The Bristol Lounge also goes in for a mid-winter refresher (not a full facelift – just a touch-up here and there) but they’ll stay open for the duration so you won’t have to wait until February to see the results.
