Tuesday Night Supper Club at Persephone

Dinner at Persephone goes communal at their new Tuesday Night Supper Club. Chef-owner Michael Leviton and chef de cuisine Jeff Pond get guests together around one long table for twenty with a three-course dinner featuring the season’s finest (and freshest). The menu, which changes weekly, is available at two family-style seatings (6:00 and 8:30pm) and costs $40 per person – wine pairings are available for an additional $20 per person. Ditch the two-top and get to know your fellow diners. See what’s on the menu for the next couple Tuesdays and call Persephone at 617.695.2257 for reservations.

Tuesday, September 30th – Heirloom Greek salad of cucumber, feta, kalamata olives and red onion with oregano vinaigrette; grilled leg of pasture-raised lamb with souvlaki marinade, tzatziki and roasted potatoes, lemon, capers and parsley; and Sophia’s Greek yogurt with local nectarine compote, Vermont honey and candied pistachios.

Tuesday, October 7th – Quahog fritters with arugula salad and bacon buttermilk dressing; grilled Giannone Farm chicken with roasted mushrooms and pearl onions, mashed butternut squash and savory jus; and Kimball Fruit Farm honeycrisp apple crisp with malted Tahitian vanilla bean ice cream.
