There’s a new chef at the wheel at blu – chef Joseph Carli, longtime Executive Sous Chef under former Executive Chef Michael Kraus, has stepped up to set the course. Carli, a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, earned his culinary stripes at local spots like Top of the Hub and The Vault – and the combination of high volume and high class have him primed for his first stint as Executive Chef. While he gives the menu a seasonal makeover, the dining room and bar will also be getting a refresher. Drop in to check out the changes and have a bite to eat.
