Sibling Rivalry’s Show & Taste Tuesdays

Eager to share some of his culinary wisdom, chef David Kinkead launches his spring cooking demonstration series, Show & Taste Tuesdays at Sibling Rivalry. Each week starting at 7:00pm, Kinkead and his crew will be sharing some of their professional tricks while executing a three-course meal. For $50 a head, guests will get dinner and all sorts of invaluable kitchen know how. Tuesday, May 13th – Kinkead highlights French fare with a menu of sautéed sweetbreads with grain mustard, black pepper gnocchi, capers and garlic confit; pan roasted sea bass with white bean ragout, sautéed spinach, and roasted pepper and golden raisin antibioses; and mocha cream brulee with toasted almond bark and Chantilly cream.

Tuesday, May 20th – Kinkead demonstrates a New England inspired menu of seared Cape Cod scallops and creamed corn with tarragon and tomato butter; grilled Vermont boneless quails with orange, rosemary, wild rice and hazelnuts; and individual banana cream pies with chocolate sauce and toasted pecans.

Tuesday, May 27th – Kinkead shows his flair for Asian fare with a menu of shrimp and pork spring rolls with green papaya and sticky soy glaze; miso roasted black cod with sesame spinach, scallion and ginger butter; and fried sweetened tofu with pineapple, papaya and coconut ice cream.
