Magnolias’ Final Festival Menu

After twenty three years behind the stove, Magnolias chef-owner John Silberman will be hanging up his spatula. Book a table at the Inman Square stalwart before June 14th to enjoy Silberman’s southern cuisine. Starting on Tuesday, May 20th, Magnolias will be featuring its final Festival Menu – a gastronomic tribute to crab and shrimp. Expect courses like the Crab Combination Plate with crispy-fried soft shell crab, honey-marinated crab fingers, Maryland crab cakes, steamed Jonah crab claws and crab imperial; or the famous New Orleans barbecued shrimp plate piled high with shrimp sautéed shell-on in aromatic blend of garlic, rosemary and homemade Worcestershire sauce.
