Texas Festival Menu at Magnolias

From Tuesday, April 29th through Sunday, May 31st, chef John Silberman pays tribute to Texas at Magnolias, his Inman Square eatery. Available in addition to the regular, Southern-inflected offerings, Silberman’s Texas Festival menu evokes the flavors of the Lone Star state with specialties like Texas-sized flour tortillas stuffed with grilled pork-loin and layered with guacamole and chipotle salsa; and fresh soft shell crabs lightly breaded, pan fried and topped with crab remoulade and served over black beans.
