New Orleans Festival Menu at Magnolias

From October 4th through 29th, chef John Silberman of Magnolias pays tribute to Louisiana with his New Orleans Seafood Festival Menu. Drop by his Cambridge Street spot in Inman Square for appetizer options like plump, skewered scallops and apple-smoked bacon topped with meuniere sauce; or Bibb lettuce filled with Gulf shrimp and hearts of palm, topped with a spicy remoulade. Entrée options include the New Orleans seafood platter of blackened redfish, oysters Rockefeller, crawfish etouffee and Cajun popcorn shrimp; and baked oysters crowned with a flavorful crust of rosemary, bacon and garlic.
