Sea Creatures and More from Catch

After a busy summer opening his second restaurant (Catch at the Terrace) at the Charlotte Inn in Martha’s Vineyard’s picturesque Edgartown, chef-owner Chris Parsons returns to his kitchen in Winchester to update the Catch portfolio. The focus is still on the fish but in the new batch of photos – and the menu – show how deftly Parsons can handle dessert and that he’s got a way with lamb.
