Magnolias’ Bayou & Game Festival Menu

John Silberman brings the low country to Cambridge this month with his Bayou and Game Festival Menu at Magnolias. Among the menu’s southern-inspired specialties: alligator and sweet corn fritters served with a fiery shallot-Tabasco dipping sauce; and rack of venison encrusted with goat cheese garlic and sage, served over smoked ham hock-cabernet sauce. There’s also wild boar gumbo and blackened buffalo filet mignon on the menu, which will be available from Tuesday, November 6th right up through Saturday, December 1st.
