Magnolias Brings Back Crab Festival Menu

August is the month of the crab at Magnolias. Chef John Silberman shows off his skills with the much-loved crustacean in courses like vine-ripe tomatoes and fresh mozzarella topped with lump crabmeat and basil vinaigrette; and Claws o’ Plenty – a medley of steamed Jonah Crab claws with drawn butter, crispy fried blue crab fingers with Joe’s stone crab sauce and crab salad maison. The Crab Festival Menu, available in addition to the regular menu at Magnolias, will be offered from Tuesday through Saturday from July 31st until September 1st.
