Williams Sonoma Spring Cooking Class Series

The folks at Williams Sonoma enlist the help of some pretty serious culinary talent for their upcoming Sunday morning cooking classes. The classes, which cost $50 each and run from 9:00-11:00am on Sunday mornings, offer access to kitchen pros like Patty Gardner, of Ken Oringer’s KO Prime and Sarah Cravedi, pastry sous chef at Grill 23 & Bar. Students will get all sorts of professional tips as well as printed copies of the recipes to take home. Space is limited, so get a move on and sign up for any of the offerings listed below.

As part of the Food Made Fast Series, chef Patty Gardner of KO Prime will demo dinner salads that are simple to make and satisfying to eat. Toss one together for a weeknight supper with the family or a casual meal with friends – Thai steak with bok choy, warm goat cheese and chicken salad, Mediterranean farro salad and lentil, bacon, and frisee salad.
