New Orleans Week at Cafe Fleuri

As part of their weeklong tribute to the Big Easy, Café Fleuri chefs Mark Sapienza, John Lambiase and pastry chef Alex Luna welcome New Orleans chef Daniel Bonnot to Boston for New Orleans Week. From Monday, March 12th through Sunday, March 18th Bonnot will be adding some Creole and Cajun specialties to the dinner, lunch and brunch menus. Don’t be surprised to see courses like crawfish beignets with tartar sauce or Cajun stuffed pork chop with andouille sausage and sweet potatoes dauphine on the dinner menu. If you’re in for lunch, look for daily specials like seafood Creole gumbo with dirty rice or chicken jambalaya. Brunch is full of bayou specialties like quiche Lorraine, black eyed pea and pepper salad, baked oysters Rockefeller and Eggs Sardou with artichoke, spinach and béchamel. For more information or to make reservations, just give Café Fleuri a call at 617.956.8751.
