Wine & Dine on Mondays at Beacon Hill Bistro

Chef Benjamin Knack’s popular Wine & Dine on Mondays series returns to the Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro this month. Knack kicked off the series on Monday, January 9th with an Italian-themed dinner – but don’t worry, there’s plenty more wine-and-food-focused fun on the agenda. The semi-monthly wine dinners are scheduled for the second and fourth Monday from now through April. The dinners cost $55 per person (not including tax or gratuity) and include four courses from Knack paired with wines selected by proprietress Cecilia Rait and wine guru Marilyn Snee.
