Magnolias hosts their annual Bayou & Game Festival from Tuesday, November 1st through Saturday, December 3rd. Drop by the Inman Square eatery – chef John Silberman gets things rolling with appetizers like crispy alligator and sweet corn fritters with fiery shallot-Tabasco dipping sauce; and snails sautéed with lots of garlic, tomatoes, exotic mushrooms and fresh spinach, served in puff pastry.
