If your wine IQ is in need of a boost, sign on for the Saturday, October 28th session which will explore harvest wines as paired with three small plates from blu chef Tom Fosnot. The afternoon’s yumminess includes roasted squab breast with local squash and sour cherries; a selection of Parmiggiano Reggiano with accompaniments; and braised veal cheeks with glazed local vegetables and chanterelles. Class runs from 1:30-3:00pm and costs $45 per person. Participants in either class who aren’t already members of The Sports Club/LA will walk with a complimentary week long pass to the club.
