All in a Day’s Work at Craigie Street Bistrot

Working with whatever’s on hand from local farmers and purveyors, chef Tony Maws creates a new menu on a daily basis at Craigie Street Bistrot, his slightly-off-the-beaten-path, 40-seat restaurant just outside of Harvard Square. It’s earned Maws the title of fanatic (and in some cases lunatic) but diners and critics have literally (and figuratively) eaten it up. Click through to see a sample menu and an assortment of Maws’ award-winning dishes.
