Chef Chris Douglass Heads to Dorchester

Chef-owner Chris Douglass, who made a name for himself at the helm of South End pioneer Icarus, tries something completely different at his most recent outpost, the Ashmont Grill. Designed more for every day dining than special occasion style outings, the comfort-food-laden menu – a collaboration between Douglass and chef de cuisine Sam Putnam – quintessentially neiborhood-y (not coincidentally in Douglass’ Dorchester neck of the woods).
