Executive chef Joshua Hollinger and sous chef Troy Himmelman celebrate spring on Martha’s Vineyard with a BBQ and Beer Carousel, one of a series of theme nights they’ll be hosting at the Harbor View Hotel. The barbeque menu, which offers a unique selection of beer from around the world, showcases Hollinger’s own specialty cured, smoked and grilled in-house meats, and is available on Thursday evenings in The Coach House from 6:00-9:00pm and Carlos Fuente Club House until 10:00. The a la carte menu starts off with apps like fried green tomatoes, grilled oysters and peel and each shrimp. Main courses include down home favorites like a pulled pork sandwich on garlic Texas toast with grilled potato planks; and hickory smoked beef brisket served with fried grit cakes and collard greens.
